Service Description

11AM Pay What You can Tai Chi Chuan in Kahn Park: Balance, Tranquility, Strength Begin your fall weekend routine by learning to practice the ancient Chinese "soft" martial art practiced for its health giving and spiritual benefits. Our neighbor and experienced instructor Chik Mason will guide us with his patience. This one hour of Tai Chi and Yoga for beginners with Chik can be a wonderful way to begin your weekend and meet your neighbors. Open to all those interested in exploring the health giving and spiritual beneficial non-competitive, gentle, and generally slow-paced activity increasing strength, flexibility, body awareness, mental concentration, and overall health. Dress in loose fitting comfortable clothing. Stable, soft "sneaker-like" foot wear. Bring water to stay hydrated. Arrive early. Hoping you will join us!
