Service Description

This three week hybrid workshop can be taken online or in person (in person Toronto, Canada only). The first hour will be taught by Sifu Chik mason focusing on Dragon Qigong and the Single Palm Change Form. This is the first fundamental form taught in this baguazhang system and is appropriate for beginner or intermediate students. The second hour will be taught by Sifu Dylan Kirk and focus on two person baguazhang drills and applications to the Single Palm Change form (can follow from home via zoom but in person is preferred).
