Service Description

This is an essential form of the Eight Step Mantis style, a cousin of our primary seven star system and known for its effective fighting style. This northern mantis style that came through Taiwan, and was popular among our lineage and other Wutang systems. Sigong Chik Mason learned first from James Shyun, and again with Yang Shao Tung. This three week hybrid seminar is appropriate for beginner or intermediate practitioners. It can be taken via zoom or in person in Toronto. If you attend in person, applications and two person drills can be practiced.
